Corporate yet stylish
The Syndeo Institute at The Cable Center (formerly The Cable Center) sought to modernize and refresh its visual identity. The hero image featured a video background of the CEO speaking at a podium, with animated text overlaid. All headers on subpages used short video clips instead of static images. The content management system was Joomla, integrated with SP Page Builder.

Making her stand out
Kristie Lasher is a realtor for Remax and wanted a website to showcase who she is and that she works with her daughter as a team. MLS from Remax was embedded within the Buy page saving her money by avoiding MLS monthly fees. CMS site build using SquareSpace.

The Wheeler redesign is visible when you compare the screenshot of the actual site on the left. I came up with a new concept below that made them retro because they are honest and family owned. I wanted it to feel warm and give it some energy that fit them, so I came up with drawings and concepts that reflect that feeling and then used AI to create the graphics and the video. Total time? one day for concept and drawings and ten minutes for the final images and video.
